EnterpriseInsight/CitizenInsight enables organizations that use SAP Strategy Management to manage goals, initiatives, and KPIs to publish performance results to their internal (EnterpriseInsight) and/or external (CitizenInsight) constituents. This document overviews how to customize EnterpriseInsight/CitizenInsight. This is intended to serve as a guide, not a detailed instruction manual. Note that while the SAP EPM product team will always support partner led implementations to the extent possible, customized EnterpriseInsight/CitizenInsight implementations are not officially supported by SAP.
